The collection, use and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Private Data (Official Gazette 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12), or other applicable regulations applicable in the Republic of Croatia, which govern the protection of personal data.

In case of giving consent for marketing, we keep the data until the consent is withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers, where consent for marketing has not been given, we keep the data related to the offer for one year, and in case you ask us to delete it, it will be deleted immediately.
Personal data that is no longer needed is irretrievably anonymized or securely destroyed.
Questions and suggestions, requests for information, corrections or deletions
The user has the right at any time to withdraw the consent given for the processing of personal data and to request the cessation of further processing of his data, unless it is a matter of data processing for statistical purposes, when the personal data no longer allow identification of the person to whom they refer. The user also has the right to request the correction or modification of personal data that he has provided for processing. The user has the right to expressly object to the processing of his personal data for marketing purposes, in which case the personal data relating to him will not be processed for this purpose. All other questions, suggestions and comments regarding the processing of personal data are welcome.
Anyone who believes that a right guaranteed by this Act has been violated, can submit a request to the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data to determine the violation of the right.
